Many of the key spaces are lifted off the ground to the second floor, affording sweeping panoramic views of the unspoiled landscape of meadows, woods, wetlands, streams, and ponds. The gentle butterfly roof contributes to a sense of lightness on the land and pays homage to the horizon and sky above.
SITE AMENITIES
Enlivening the 15-acre site are special amenities including a pool, terraces, and a covered outdoor dining area. An existing barn on the property was also renovated for use as a garage.
